Dial Indicator: Precision Measurement Tool for Geometric Tolerances

As the name suggests, dial test indicators serve the purpose of precision alignment as well as contour checking. For tight places, a small contact lever with radius (0.8 mm) is placed. Measurement on complicated surfaces is made possible by 360 degree swivel head along with adjustable probe angle (±15°) which can go up to 0.001 mm resolution for applications demanding extreme precision such as polishing molds and profiling turbine blades.
